Product Returns and Exchanges

Sierra Nevada Brewery wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return for a refund (less shipping charges) within 90 days of the order delivery date. All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition, unwashed and with tags attached to be eligible for a refund. If you need us to provide a printable return label to you via email, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund when we receive the return. USPS Click-n-Ship usually offers the most cost-efficient options for return labels.

Please note: Items purchased locally at our Chico, CA or Mills River, NC gift shops cannot be returned, refunded, replaced, or exchanged through online web orders. Please bring the item back to the original place of purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience. For website orders, we are happy to assist by contacting us at weborders@sierranevada.com.

Food, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcohol products are not eligible for return or refund; however, we will gladly replace ANY items damaged during shipment. If a beer or hard kombucha product was spoiled or unfit for consumption, please reach out to quality@sierranevada.com.
