The maltiness of caramel and boiled taffy from malt fills the mouth, and it seems to go well with the bitterness that follows from the back.
Although alcohol is present, it is not prominent and the body is not full-bodied, but it has a full taste in the mouth.
Recommended if you prefer classic mai bock

Springtime is my favorite time of the year! Nothing like celebrating the Equinox with a cold Pale Bock.Just enough hops to cut the sweetness. Not for hopheads

I wanted to try this Pale Bock, so I ordered some online, as it is unavailable where I live. It arrived in good order. I found it to be smooth with a nice clean bite, like an excellent Bock should have. Very tasty and a pretty pale color in a glass.
