Most IPAs are best when fresh. But what if we took one of our biggest IPAs...and barrel-aged it. The idea that wouldn’t let go: Barrel-Aged Atomic Torpedo. Assertive, yet refined. Aging mellows the pine and citrus flavors, blending them with whiskey-barrel notes of caramelized dark sugar, toffee, and bourbon. An unlikely pairing begets a perfect match.
